AfriCan Theatre Ensemble is governed by a board of directors drawn from the arts and other sectors. The Artistic Coordinator provides artistic and operational leadership for the organization. The General Manager looks after the day-to-day administrative needs. The Outreach Coordinator oversees marketing opportunities and partnerships development. The Resident Theatre Directors direct the Company's play productions and staged readings and also contribute to the artistic vision. The composition of the Resident Theatre Directors changes from year to year.
